COMPLETE DELIVERY OF ROBOTIC WORKSTATIONS
We supply technological units, production lines and single purpose machines. We provide equipment implementation from design through production, assembly, to commissioning.
We manufacture our designed equipment with our own production capacities or subcontracted with our selected suppliers. Together with our partners, we coordinate the production process, acceptances, tests of the equipment and commissioning at the customer. The delivery also includes equipment automation provided by the Compas Group's own capacities. We also provide warranty and post-warranty service.

CONCEPT STUDY
We carry out a functional analysis as well as a technical assessment of the project. We offer optimal solutions involving the most modern trends in available technologies, including solutions in the vision of Industry 4.0. According to customers’ requirements, we also assess possibilities of the modernization of existing equipment based on a feasibility study.
MECHANICAL CONCEPTS
We are able to support the concept study with a mechanical project, which involves and considers possibilities of new solutions from the point of their functionality, efficiency and price. The concept may also involve the simulation of manufacturing processes.
MODERNIZATION OF MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT
We carry out the modernization of machinery, equipment and production lines including the implementation of automation or robotic elements as well as the modernization of electrical equipment and controlling systems. The main target is to increase productivity for our customers.
ROBOTIC WORKSTATIONS
In the field of robotics we cooperate with leading robot manufacturers, whose products are implemented into customers’ production processes with the support of the most modern simulation tools. Technological functions are fully tested already in the development phase.
COMPLETE DOCUMENTATION
According to the customers’ requirements we deliver complete project documentation in CAD system NX and Eplan for every single project.
